  • Friday $6,475 | Saturday $6,975

    Our venue includes everything you need!

    –Full use of Sutton Barn

    –Beautiful white dinner tent with walkway into cocktail patio and stone cellar.

    –All tables provided with white padded chairs.

    –40 whiskey barrels and rustic oak slabs used for cocktail tables, buffet tables, desserts, appetizers and gifts.

    –Maximum capacity is 200 guests.

    Ceremony on Site: $1,000
    -Rustic decor with benches and white padded chairs at your choice of two beautiful ceremony sites. You also receive an extra 30 minutes of venue time and bar service.

  • $600 Rental Fee Per Day

    The Sutton House is our private residence located on the property specifically designed as a get-ready space with a bridal suite, bridesmaid get-ready room, hair and makeup area, patio and gazebo.

    Friday Ceremony Availability

    Available for Thursday rehearsal dinners after your 5 p.m. rehearsal at the venue. Enjoy until 10 PM! The house can also be rented as a private get-ready space prior to your Friday ceremony.

    Saturday Ceremony Availability

    Available as a private get-ready space prior to your Saturday ceremony. Rent the following day for Sunday brunch with your family and friends!

    –Add 6% sales tax and 20% staff fee.

    –Bar opens 30 minutes before the ceremony.

    –Bar service closes during ceremony and dinner.

    –Last call 45 minutes before event ending time.

    –All guests 15 and younger – $10 per guest.

    Golf Carts

    Rolling Meadows is happy to assist elderly and mobility issues. We will pick up your guests in the parking lot with a golf cart and return them the same way. Ask us for more details.

  • Rehearsals

    Rehearsals are typically on Thursdays and are 1 hour, between 5 to 7 p.m.

    *Rehearsal dinner packages are available.

    Catering

    Sutton Barn Weddings has a preferred vendor list of caterers and food trucks!

    You may also bring in your own caterer:

    *Please forward our Catering Policy to your caterer before signing a contract to be certain they can comply.

    –Caterer must be licensed and insured.

    –Responsible for preparation and set up of food at buffet tables, or whichever style you have selected.

    –Must provide staff to serve food and bus all food items from table.

    –Must provide staff to service tables – coffee/water (caterer to supply for dinner).

    –Must provide all dishes, flatware, napkins (Sutton Barn may assist with linen rentals).

    –Responsible for removal of all catering trash at event completion.

    –Must provide vendor meals.

  • Photography

    –You will have access to Sutton Barn two hours prior to Ceremony for pictures.

    –Photographer must adhere to the Photographer Map which can be found here.

    Music Policy

    –All Music levels must adhere to the Sutton Barn Music Policy which can be found here.

    –Music ends at 11 p.m. unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • $500 Deposit - non refundable - needed to reserve date. This deposit will not be applied to the final balance of the event. It will be returned within two weeks of the event date given there are not any damages, undercounts, overtime or additional service/rental charges.

    Food policy: All food must be catered by a licensed insured caterer. The caterer must provide staff for serving the food, bussing the tables and end of dinner clean up. All rental equipment, including tables, chairs, dishes, stacked and prepared for rental company pickup. If any of these services are not provided by the catering company, Sutton Barn staff will provide at a rate of $25 per hour per person.

    Beverages: All alcoholic beverages must be provided by Rolling Meadows Golf Course. Must be over 21 years of age to consume alcohol with proper ID; shots, rocks and doubles are prohibited. Sutton Barn Weddings at Rolling Meadows reserves the right to refuse service to anyone appearing over intoxicated and may request they safely vacate the premises through alternate transportation. NO outside alcohol may be brought onto Rolling Meadows Property.

    Set-Up Policy: Cellar, tent, and gazebo will be available for setup at 11 a.m. the day of your event. You may decorate these areas to your preference. All candles must be flameless. All flower petals or confetti must be real flowers or natural ingredients, please get approval prior to purchasing. All outside rental (tables, chairs, etc…) are your responsibility to set up and break down. Sutton Barn is available two hours prior to your ceremony for pictures if your ceremony is on site.

    End of Night: All decorations, centerpieces and rental items must be stacked in the stone cellar at the end of the night and removed from the property by 10 a.m. the following day. Sutton Barn at Rolling Meadows is not responsible for any damaged or stolen items left over night. One hour is allotted after the end of the event for vendor and host tear down. A $200 per 30 minute fee will be deducted from the deposit if Rolling Meadows must remain open past the allotted time.

    Property: Sutton Barn at Rolling Meadows is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property caused by clients, vendors, or guests. Client agrees to be financially responsible for any damage done to Sutton Barn or Rolling Meadows Golf Course.
